First, there seem to be too many capital letters, which usually adds confusion anyway. I read it this way. 'Project' (counta

High Level Planning in the above sentence in the name of the phase of the project and the second phase in our project life cycle. With that said, do we need to treat High Level Planning as countable or uncountable.
