M/s XXX Limited

Dear Mr. Henderson,

This has reference with the subject order. CISCO Purchasing Department has sent an email asking for a meeting last 13th May 2015 at 1:30 pm to discuss the missing documents in the submitted technical proposal and to request for a sample of materials to be used in repairing the machine. This is to proceed further with the technical evaluation in which you got low scores in some of the criterias. Purchasing department received your confirmation by email that one of your representatives will be attending the said meeting. However, few hours prior to the meeting on 10th May 2015, CISCO Purchasing Staff had several phone calls but got no response from your end, and received a late return call which was not useful at all.

This was not a good practice as CISCO LLC appointed XXX Limited as one of the suppliers/ contractors in the recent CISCO event. This will affect our vendor-client relationship as this will be noted in our Vendor Performance Evaluation.

In view of above, CISCO will no longer consider XXX Limited as one of the potential suppliers on all our prospective requirements.

This is for your information.

Clark Stephen
Head of Purchasing Department
