Enclosed herewith is the MRF that you had raised for the subject requirement with the quotation from your preferred supplier. I am returning your MRF as they are not registered in our vendor's list. In order to register the said vendor, we have to obtain a permit from Osaka municipality.

Kindly process at your end to obtain a permit to enable us to proceed with the procurement process.
