I appreciate this opportunity to provide further background information in
support of my application for entrance to the Educational Administration program
at the University of Jyvaskyla for the Autumn ,2012.

My intentions
are to develop
myself as an internationally oriented professional and expert for the field of
education and educational leadership. The most impressive and effective way of
learning is given by this department .I want to have masters and PhD in
educational leadership. I found practical way of learning in this department that
the Learning is built on the scientific expertise and practical experiences of
the participants operating in a collaborative network of universities and
practitioners which impressed me a lot to get admission. And even the program
is also carried out in collaboration with international partner universities,
that one is the best way to be in touch with the outer world's knowledge in
educational management and leadership.

Masters and PhD in educational Leadership would
surely enable me to seek job as expert and researcher in national and
international programs in education, development programs, and in educational
administration in my country. Although, I believe that Knowledge is Power.

Concerning
the quality assurance and university Ranking among world universities is remarkable of this university .I found that this university is ranked

And the Jyvaskyla as a city itself is the site of many education-related firsts
in Finland, Jyvaskyla is known as a city of schools, the Athens of Finland.

During my
studies and Job experiences, I always have proved myself the best leader and manager
in all types of tasks and activities. I developed, practiced, and performed
leadership qualities .And I am performing my duties with all abilities at my
jobs as:

Lecturer and Hostel In charge in Army Public School
& College Dadu,Ministry of Education ,Pakistan.

Although I
have tried to prove myself the best at my jobs but I believe that "Top is
always vacant" so I want to improve my capabilities in Organizational
behaviorism, academic skills, Orientation, leadership in educational
organizations etc. The ambitions which I have just exposed to you would not be
realized without a solid theoretical background and a strong real world
experience specialized in masters and PhD in Educational leadership while
living in Finland. I am deeply convinced that research master degree course
that the University of Jyvaskyla offers is the best way of concretizing this
future because of its international orientation. A completion of this Master’s and
PhD Degree at University of Jyvaskyla will be an excellent springboard for my
future career and will provide me the knowledge and confidence to realize my
dreams. Furthermore, the courses this program combines match perfectly my
professional goals and academic expectations.

In
conclusion, I would like to say that I like to take responsibility and to work
as part of a team. I am eager to gain new experiences. In my opinion, this
program is the best way to achieve that. I keep an optimistic view that the University of Jyvaskyla would be an
excellent start for an ambitious Educational Leadership career.
