Dear Mr John,

I am Mr Willaim and am studying Diploma in Computer Science in Priston University. Through this letter I would like to complain you about the inconvenience that I face in my accommodation.

Through you, my accommodation in the university campus was arranged. But I am dismay to inform you that there are some major problems with my room. Though my preference is a single seated room but I have been arranged in a double seated room where I find it difficult to adjust with my roommate. The problem is I want to sleep early with light off but I can’t as he stays till late at night. As a result, my sleep is deprived and feel lethargic throughout the day. Furthermore, the room is too congested for two students as it is crowded with beds, desks and chairs. Also, it lacks windows and ventilators. In such a poor state, it is difficult to breathe fresh air and live a healthy life.

So, I request you to kindly arrange my room to a spacious single seated room with enough fresh air inside my room . I look forward in getting your support regarding this matter as soon as possible. Thanking you in advance.
