Nowadays, information technology makes a way for people to do work outside their workplace. In my opinion, its benefits far outweigh its drawbacks.

Perhaps one of the major advantages its that tasks are done based on schedule. If people do work at home, it is not related to weather conditions and works are done on time. For example, in Finland, some days in winter heavy snow closes roads and people can not go to an office. people who do tasks outside the work had considerable progress.

What is more, work outside the workplace cause to reduce pollution. When people do task by IT at home, it is not necessary to use their vehicles to go to work. The statistics show that single passenger cars have the most effect on air pollution in the city. Governments organize some plans to control the traffic of these cars.

There are, however, some disadvantages that can not be denied. The main one, I believe, is that it can cause an unhealthy lifestyle. People do tasks at home with IT, sitting a long time on a chair without any physical activity. It leads to obesity and harmful illness. the last research in my country shows some people work a long time with their computer or laptop their bodies are out of shape.

Clearly, there are some negative aspects to working outside of the place. Having said that, if people go to the gym or do sport regularity, there are only benefits that remain.
