Task 2: Watching a live performance such as a play, concert, or sporting event is more enjoyable than watching the same event on television. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?
When it comes to leisure activities, attending a live show has recently been claimed to be something worth doing because it is more exciting and absorbing than watching it on TV. From my perspective, I completely agree with this statement.
Truth be told, it is certainly true that watching an art display or sports performance on television is quite enjoyable to some extent. One of the reasons is that the Truth be told, it is certainly true that watching an art or a sports performance on television is quite enjoyable to some extent. One of the reasons is the convenience of preparing a traveling plan to execute their appearance. One can lie down on a sofa without getting decently dressed while watching them. The second justification is that those watching TV broadcasted events are likely to see more parts of a show more clearly thanks to the intention of the television director and the movements of the cameraman. In contrast, the seating arrangement can greatly affect the comfort of seeing the whole show if the seats are far from the stage or playground.
However, watching it live, whether it is an arts event or a sporting competition, is truly indescribably fascinating. First and foremost, a show should be even more interesting if witnessed with our own eyes and listened to with our own ears based on a real-time basis. In other words, this is a matter of feelings that depend on that particular event is actually happening. If this is, then it will boost levels of fascination twofold or even threefold. In addition, the atmosphere in the auditorium evokes excitement and amusement that attendees can experience if watching at home. One needs to look no further than going to a football match to see a perfect example. Attending a football match is not only watching players and goals but also being a part of the cheering crowd to warm the environment.
In conclusion, considering a comparison of what is more intriguing as a leisure activity, I think liking and disliking vary between people. Some might find contentment in watching a broadcasted event on television, but I am delighted to attend a live show.
