Some think that unless people opt to study English, they will possibly have a high chance of being undeveloped. In my opinion, I think that learning English is a good option, while l also believe that students also need to obtain knowledge from other languages.

Learning English effectively may help people to thrive themselves and have more chance of landing a high-paid job. Nowadays, more and more companies, factories and offices are coordinating their efforts to connect with international organizations, especially those speaking English, which means that ones having good knowledge about English stand a high chance of secure a good job and have a great promotion. They may have a more stable living condition and a more opportunities to challenge themselves in more modern and profession working condition, compared to those in their countries.

However, learning only one language and having no conception of other local ones may make individuals minimize the knowledge of them about other languages. While ones too concentrate on learning English and forgetting the fact that there is not only one local language in the world, they tend to not realize the beauty and the wonder of another language. Moreover, stopping getting to know more about other languages which are not English, individuals can also stop themselves from developing completely and decrease their possibilities in challenging their brains and their capabilities. This may result in the lower working, thinking and living performances in their lives.

To conclude, | want to emphasize that while learning English as a main second language is essential, people need to try to guarantee that other local languages are also able to continue to survive by learning and using them.
