The diagram illustrates the way in which organic garbage is recycled to generate fertilizer.

Overall, fertilizer production is a manmade linear process. In addition, there are 5 main stages in this process, beginning with preparing a plastic container and ending with fertilizer being gardened.

Firstly, a plastic container is prepared with 6 air vents. A certain amount of waste is put in the container with the height proportions being 15 cm of grass, 15 cms of food and a bit of newspaper waste. It is noticeable that the proportions of waste are still below the second pair of air vents.

After hot water and nitrogen are poured into the compound, the heat is created and it seeps through the six air vents at the fourth step. Afterward, the mix is left for 6 months before it is turned into compost. At the final step, the fertilizer, which is the compost, is ready to garden.
