The diagram and table provide data on the consumption of water in households and cost of water in 5 nations.
Overall, users of domestic water in the US have the highest consumptions in 5 countries. However, users in France have to pay most for water.
Domestic consumers in the US used over 360 liters of water, whereas the Canadian users consume appropriately less around 330 liters. In Italy, there are 250 liters of water in households consumed, 50 liters higher than in France. Germany consumes the least amount of domestic water, at about 220 liters.
The US has the highest amount of water used in households, meanwhile cost for water in this country is the cheapest with only $0.01/m3. The cost of water in Canada stayed at the second cheapest position, costing $0.31/m3. Water in Italy also has a low price with the figure of $0.7/m3, while the cost was almost doubled at $1.35 in Germany. The cost of water in France was significantly higher at $0.21/m3 compared to other countries.

Domestic consumers in the US used over 360 liters of water, whereas the Canadian users consume appropriately less (missing punctuation) around 330 liters. In Italy, there are 250 liters of water in households consumed, 50 liters higher than in France. Germany consumes the least amount of domestic water, at about 220 liters.

The cost of water in Canada is ~~stayed at the~~ second cheapest position, costing $0.31/m3. Water in Italy also has a low price with the figure of $0.7/m3, while the cost was almost doubled at $1.35 in Germany. You only wrote exactly what was in the chart and table. That will not earn you any extra marks. It is a barely minimum effort.

You missed an obvious point, that is in general, the cheaper the price of water, the more will be consumed. There is one exception among the five nations: what is it? Furthermore, the relationship between cost and consumption is not proportional. In Canada, water is 30 times more expensive than in the US, but US households do not use 30 times as much water.

You could also calculate the domestic spending on water - there are 1000 liters in each cubic meter, and the chart gives you the amount consumed, and the table give you the cost. If you write something about that, your writing would get a much higher grade.
