Moreover, uniforms have long been a good marketing strategy due to the fact that everyone can visibly see the logo of the company. Therefore, it is a free walking advertisement and also helps people to get a look inside of how well that company is functioning.

On the other hand, homogeneous wearing can be dull as normal people would prefer to change to their suitable style more. One of the main factors is individuality, as human-being, we like to express ourselves through a plethora of ways, most commonly by fashion because it includes color, which can indicate a person’s personality. For instance, as a newcomer, you would want to choose someone with a cold color theme, as it associates with calmness, to be your guide. Furthermore, research has shown that when wearing comfortably, employees’ efficiency increased by 25%.
