The diagram illustrates where greenhouse gases emit from and how heat from the sun is trapped due to greenhouse effect. Overall, the more greenhouse gases are made, the more sun energy is caught.

Greenhouse gases are mainly formed from three different ways. First, when fossil fuels are burnt for factory operation, carbon dixide, one type of greenhouse gas, is released into the air. Furthermore, fumes from vehicles increase the amount of greenhouse gas. In addition, house heating results in more greenhouse gas emissions.

In the natural way, the sun releases plenty of energy which is reflected off the atmosphere , reaches to the land as a form of heat, or is radiated into the space. However, because the manmade gas, plenty of sun energy is trapped by greenhouse gases, leading the earth's temperature to increase rapidly, which is named 'global warming'. The greenhouse effect is worsened by not only the rise in amount of greenhouse gases, but also by logging of trees which absorb carbon dioxide naturally.
