There are some drawbacks for people to take a risk in their personal and professional life. For the former, daring consistantly may makes people feel burnout because risks poses a sense of uncertainity. This uncertain process ongoing every so often inhibits people to feel safe. For the latter, to take risk means to accept in the beginning such a terrible ends that irreparably damage people in work life. As a result of this, the individuals may go bank rupt and lost their job due to some risks they take.

On the other hand, taking risk brings some advantages to people's personal and professional lifes. To take risk makes people stronger. That is, people can be away form their comfor area by taking risk. To be remote from safety field give a chance to people to improve and deal with some problems. As a result of this, people feel themselves developed and people trust themselves to tackle many problems. At this point, the level of self-confidence can be increased so much that people may feel happy. In addition, people can encounter new opportunities as valuable as they may have a chance to advance their professional skills by taking risk.
