The majority of countries have faced such a serious issue due to fact that over 65 age consists of the most part of their population. The underlying reasons of this problem can be expressed as wrong policies and the work conditions. To solve this matter, government should immediately take action by using some methods.

To have young population is one of the best essential elements for pursuing the process of improvement in each country though not enough on its own. Unfortunately, the rate of this population has decreased recently. The reasons of this decrease can be classified under two main titles. The former, many governments misguided their public by putting legislation about birth control due to economic recession. Therefore, the rate of birth extremely decreased. The latter, changing family structure have been impacting on the population rate in age. In fact, parents do not have enough time for raising a child since both parents start to work. Hence, people do not want to have many children.

As for solving this issue, authorities play a fundamental role. They can deal with this issue by creating some permanent policies about family and work conditions. Firstly, governments encourage public to have child by improving work condition in terms of hour and fee. If people have much enough time and money to care a child, they want to that without any hesitation. Secondly, government should support people to gain an awareness of being family so that people have a sense of unity with their family and with time the number of children will rise.

Consequently, young generation is exactly vital for a country. Why many countries have more elderly is that they have miserable policy about it. Moreover, this problem can be overcome with the right directions by government.
