I'm going to UOSS&H these days to learn Vietnamese. When I entered to my classroom today, I was surprised. There were some Korean young men who were taking smoke in front of classrooms. You know we can't take smoke inside campus of the University. Keeping regulations and law is expressing not a kind of respect for the country. Especially for foreigners. Living there but don't keeping regulations or laws there, it looks a kind of looking down the country's society and culture. We so often complain for U.S tourists or soldiers who can't keep regulations of our country. We sometimes complain Japanese like this. They never throw wastes on the streets. They always keep their wastes until they find wastes bins. How can they throw wastes our road so easily?
Look at our young men living in HCMC. It is same as those. Our young men have to know unless they don't keep regulations of foreign country, they don't have right to criticize, even to complain. Only foreigners who can keep Vietnamese regulations can express and exchange their positive criticism with other Vietnamese.
