Many people choose their jobs based on the size of the salary offered. Personally, I agree with the idea that money is the key consideration when deciding the career, but I also believe that other factors are equally important.
On the one hand, I agree that money is necessary in order for people to meet their basic needs. The first reason is that a good wage may provide individuals with a reasonable quality of life. A high salary allows them to cover these needs, such as entertainment, clothing, and housing. Another reason is that employees will be highly motivated thanks to generous earnings. Workers may perform to their full potential as a way to devote themselves to companies that are ready to pay them a suitable salary.
On the other hand, I believe that other considerations are just as important as what we earn in our job. First of all, some people, especially youngsters, tend to give priority to a dynamic and cooperative environment when applying. Employees find their work sparkling and meaningful when working with a good manager or friendly colleagues. In addition, feelings of job satisfaction usually come from a worker's professional achievement. The more money they earn, the higher their duties are. For instance, some people find it challenging to work with a high wage when they lack job experience ,thus they prefer to go for a better position despite having the lower salary.
In conclusion, while salaries affect people’s choice of profession, I do not believe that money outweighs all other motivators.
