Indian Bank ,I am writing this mail to inform you that my account has been deactivated by the bank since long time due to the not providing some personnel documents. So kindly Let me know which all documents I should provide to reactivating my account. I would also like to request you to change my bank account registered mobile number which is currently not working as I moved from UAE (Mob No: .....) to Bahrain (Mob No: ......).

Please activate my account with immediate effect.
