Please, Check my translation.

Can I say/ translate it into English that way? Is grammar correct?

It is my home. – How long did you live here? – I’ve lived here since 2000.
Have you been here before? – I spent here my vacations in last year.
Have you red any interesting books recently? – No, I haven’t. I was busy.
Why have you been sweating? – I’m drinking herbal tea all day long. – I didn’t drink any herbal tea since I was sick last autumn.
I saw him often but I haven’t talked to him.
Since he has broke his leg in last month he is visiting doctor regularly.
Now I’ve been knowing it for a while.
I never trusted him since he had started working here.
Diana is the most remarkable person I have ever met before.
I met her 10 years ago. During all 3 years, I have been knowing her I have never seen her angry.
What happened to you? You haven’t made so many mistakes earlier.
They are studying english since they were 9 yeas old.
