In some countries, more and more adults are continuing to live with their parents even after they have completed education and found jobs. Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?
There is often debate about whether young people should live with their parents after finishing school. In term of this pattern, I believe there are more disadvantages than advantages.
On the one hand, living with parents can help save money for young people. They may need to pay back student loans or may want to rent their own house. They reckon the savings they can make by sharing overhead costs with their parents of running the family home, by contributing to paying the bills. This also helps parents who have difficult in living expenses.
On the other hand, despite the aforementioned, there are two main drawbacks of continuing to live at home with parents. Firstlt, with their own thoughts and personalities, they no longer want to live under the protection of their family. They want to live a free modern life and not depend on anyone. For instance, raising a family or enjoying their own private space will be a good choice. In this way, living habits might be changed in a more positive direction. Moreover, parents may want more time for themselves, free of family responsibilities. They have been working hard for their whole life so they now deserve some time for themselves. Parents can restore their feelings while traveling to some popular place like Ha Long Bay, Phu Quoc.
In conclusion, I would argue that young people should live outside because, although it may save amount of money, youngsters and parents are unable to live their own lives.
