The diagram describes the way sugar is made from sugar canes. Overall, the producing process lasts six steps, beginning with farming and ending up drying and cooling the sugar.

To begin, sugar canes are planned and nourished for 12 to 18 months. After that time, when the plants are mature enough for cultivating, they are harvested either manually by a scythe or mechanically by harvester. Next, a machine crushes its parts into juice, then that liquid is purified by a limestone filter to generate the purest and cleanest extract.

Following this, the juice is heated up in an evaporator, at that step the water which is still remaining is removed, which concentrates the initial juice into a syrup. Then it’s about time to pour the syrup into a centrifuge, where it spans at high speed to separate sugar crystals from the liquid. Finally, the sugar crystals are dried and cooled, and the final product received is sugar.
