Nowadays a lot of people continue to believe in arranged marriages. Such cultures try to bring this idea to the United states which is representation of freedom and democracy. So, these two contrast practices can't accept each other.
First of all, arranged marriages deprives people of their rights. America is based on freedom and gives a chance to each person to choose his way of life.
Secondly,life with unloved person lead to depression. It's natural that people depend on love because it's a source of happiness. Unlikely marriages brings about mental diseases.
Moreover, arranged marriage should be forbidden in America because it prevents true love which fulfill soul with warm feelings.
To conclude, arranged marriages prevent freedom of choice, cause depression and deprive love.
