Please check my sentences. Thanks

This is for my history class,
America should not intervene in war of other countries, because this would only result in more killings. The President should focus more on the financial problems of our country instead of playing super hero in the world. I understand that U.S. wants to impose the value of democracy to other countries, but he cannot force a nation to form a government like Americans.

1. America should not intervene in the wars of other countries... -----> Wouldn't it be better to say in any wars? Would it change a lot in terms of the meaning of this sentence?

2. ...instead of playing super-hero to the w

Would it change a lot in terms of the meaning of this sentence?-- No.
