Please check my sentences and please explain the difference between "is not" vs "has not"

Please advise if these sentences are correct including my alternatives:

Blocked multiple email addresses and malicious emails had been sent to Techcom.

alternative:

1) Blocked multiple email addresses and malicious emails are sent to Techcom just now.

2) Blocked multiple email addresses and malicious emails have been sent to Techcom.

Second question is regarding these examples:

What a journey it was, I finally received my blue belt tonight.

What a journey it was, I have finally received my blue belt.

What a journey it has been, I finally received my blue belt

The last one means that the journey is not finished and it could continue after receiving my blue belt? Where the first one is describing the journey is finished now and I could possibly have a new journey after this one - is that correct?

The third question is regarding the difference between these two statements in the time line explanation please:

  1. The food has not “been” cooked yet.
  2. The food is not cooked yet.

Thanks
