Please check my sentences and if my message is clear..
Attached are copies of the utility bills. The first attachment was paid and posted to Engineering department. The second attachment which I received from you was coded to Quality control department. We only paid the invoice once, but I have 2 copies showing 2 different coding. I just wanted to know if the coding was correct, the expense was coded to Engineering department.
