Please check my sentences

We are running a trustee and funding to student who are very poor. We know that the scholarship which the trust giving is very little. One day a blind men came to my chamber to meeting my senior. My senior asked me , the man came from Dhighinala for praying some help to pay his son's examine fee. I wanted to know details about his son. They are very poor, like hand to mouth. His son work here and there and trying to continue his study. Now he is going to attend his HSC exam. I asked him to send me his son's bio-o-data . After the quarry we trustee decided to give him a little scholarship. Here is a photo the moment.
