Please check my sentences

Hi.

Would someone please check my sentences below?

1) Where have you been?
    I haven't seen you around for/in a week.

2) I was/have been off for week.
    I was/have been in a trip at the jungle-park.

3) - a - I had been watching a sport event from TV before I have been asked to open the door.
3) - b - I was watching a sport event from TV before I was asked to open the door.
3) - c - I was watching a sport event from TV before I have been asked to open the door.

Would you please help me to say the third sentence in past perfect continuous tense?
I tried again and came up with this wording below :

I had been watching a sporting event on TV for two hours before I was asked/being asked to open the door.
