Please check my sentences!
Greetings everybody!
I have some sentences that I'm not sure of. Please help me to make sure they are correct or not. Here they are:
Besides that I used to play piano or rather tried to learn to but gave this up cause it took so much time that I didn't have back then.
I don't think my other hobbies differ from anybody else's because they are (hobbies) watching movies, listening to music...... and ....
When I list several things what is preferable to choose: it's or they are?
