Please, check my sentences.
Hi!
Could you please, check my following sentences?
- That party was a blast !
- He only said that he loved that kind of food (loved or love? Because in spite of I'm reporting what someone said, the idea is that he still loves that kind of food.)
- My grandpa knew that there must have been many different traditions between the countries.
- The kid didn't have to go to school because the following day would be October 4th, which is (correct is, here?) Columbus Day.
- The family could have a nice day watching (or seeing ?) the parades.
