Please check my sentence for errors

I met Mr.ABC at the XYZ university fair held @ Hotel Hilton. I am really interested in their MS in Mangement program. I think I do meet all their requirements. The program's curriculum does meet my career objective & needs. Could you please follow-up with her? Thanks a lot in advance

It's because it's commonly known that 'the Hilton' refers to a hotel. If the hotel were not well known, and if the context did not make it clear that you are speaking of a hotel, you'd typically say the word, eg 'I met him at the Parkside Hotel'. Note that you wouldn't commonly use the word order 'Hotel Parkside'.
