XXXX is a staff under Department of Computing Industry, Faculty of Information and Communication Technology. XXXX is working as a lecturer while I serve as the Head of Department in the same department. It is in these capacities that I got to know her better.

XXXX has been teaching a number of subjects especially involving mathematics for engineering and computer science students. She teaches Elementary Mathematics, Numerical Method and Differential Equation for engineering student. Besides that, she also teaches mathematics for science computer student. For your information here in our country all mathematics and sciences must use English as the medium of instructions and the implementations started during the kindergarten. Therefore in university level the lecturer must deliver their lecture in English. I believe XXXX will have no problem in her English.

I find XXXX a very innovative and hard working person. Besides teaching, she also have written two module and one book for the courses she teaching, and all the publication are in English language. At the same time as a lecture she also love to do research, for four years she join this university there are three research group she join. All the research is funded by the university. Recently she apply for FRGS fund by the ministry of science and the fund are approve and now are on going process of research. English was the medium for writing a research paper in our university. Therefore she have no difficulties in writing paper in English language.

With these qualities, I believe she will be able to cope with the challenging postgraduate courses that she determine to persure and she also don’t have any difficulties in her English language.
