It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for XXX.



I hereby certify that XXX has been working as a Software Engineer at Visiprise,Inc in , since November 20, 2006. He has been working full time (40+ hours per week) as a J2EE Software Development Engineer. As his supervisor I have direct knowledge of Mister XXX’s work.



XXX is a highly qualified, enthusiastic developer and a creative problem-solver. While at Visiprise, he has taken part in our Performance Team. His responsibilities include identifying and analyzing project performance problems, solving memory leaks, Java and SQL performance problems, analyzing applicability numerical algorithms for optimization tasks and implementing them, writing recommendations, tips for other development teams how to avoid such programming mistakes, verifying code for such kind of errors.



He enjoys studying and learning new things on his own. His interests include varieties of technologies (J2EE, .NET, Web 2.0,) and methodologies (XP, RUP, SCRUM, project metrics) in Computer Sciences and a lot of subjects(algorithms, graphs) in Mathematics.



He is able to grasp new concepts and ideas quickly. For example he implements backup our document server on FTP, automatic SQL updates with a wide range of technologies and languages such as Ant,CruiseControl,Perl,PHP, awk/sed and e.t.c



During his course of work, Mister XXX showed a deep understanding and excellent working knowledge of UML, J2EE, portlets web services, XML, Oracle 9i PL/SQL high-level programming languages as well as MS C#.Net in her earlier project. Also he revealed his extraordinary mathematical and analytical skills in creating Mathematical Statistics System which is a prominent system in the future release.
