I go shopping once a month. As i am a student currently, I can't afford to shop frequently.

Where do you usually go shopping?

I usually go to the department store because I can look around all the products at one place.

Who do you usually go shopping with?

I usually go shopping with my mom because she has an eye for fashion. She likes to tell me which
clothes looks good on me and which clothes doesn't. So I enjoy go shopping with my mom.

I think you mean this.
"Each Ticket can only be used once, and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash".

I think that you can try this one: "Each ticket is (only) used once and cannot be exchanged or money refunded"

In my opinion, you should not use "convert" here.
"Convert" is more likely to use when you change or make something change from one form, purpose, system, etc. to another.
