2nd post :

Pinhole Glasses look like eyeglasses covered with a series of pinhole-sized perforations filling an opaque sheet of plastic in place of each lens. (Wikipedia)

A pair of glasses which can improve your eyesight naturally sounds like a dream, but it isn't! There's no doubt that pinhole glasses can make clearer images for those with vision defects. They do this by artificially making the pupils smaller and reducing the amount of light getting through.

I suggest that you use these glasses 30-60 minutes a day, three times a day.

How Pinhole Glasses Works

Pinhole glasses are made from Polipropilen, and it is colored black, so it will reduce light intensity which will get inside our eyes. These pinholes were made with a special formation, they will train our eye muscles, to focus an image right to our eye retina.

There are two muscles on our retina. Lets call them A muscle and B muscle. A muscle can make our retina become thicker. The B muscle can make our retina become thinner.

When we see a near object, our retina will become thicker, and our retina will be closer to it's receiver, then the object will be focused to the receiver.

When we see a far object, our retina will become thinner, and our retina will be farther to it's receiver, then the object will be focused to the receiver, so the object will be focused to the receiver.

Eyes with diseases (such as myopia) will push our retina abnormally, so the receiver can't see the image clearly.

Pinhole glasses will rest our eyes. In the same time, pinhole glasses will focus the image to the receiver, without using our eye muscles.

The Bad Effects

I bought these glasses two years ago, and these glasses are amazing! I never get any bad effects, except for:

1. The Tired eyes Effect

I don't know if you people get this effect too, but for me, i usually get this effect if i used it for 1-2 hours

2. The Double Object Effect

When two different rays of light coming from the same object (each passing from different holes), you will see different edges at the edge of the object.

3. The Darker Vision Effect

When you are using these glasses in a dark room, these glasses will reduce the amount of light, so you won't be able to see things clearly. That's why this is so disturbing when you are outdoors activites.
