After the meeting ,you suggest both parties to individualy sign several, unrelated documents . Signing of each party is independent and takes several minutes, to avoid the practice of some people agreeing or disagreeing. Each party give the pen back to you. Each time suggesting them to sign, you ask them to choice which pens they like, blue or black.
