As for soccer referees, they might assume that players in black uniforms are more likely to behave badly, cheat or even bring violent reactions. They unconsciously label them with bad behaviors. However, these thoughts are subjective, they are not based on any evidence. In brief, the fact that soccer referees tend to make more decisions against teams wearing black uniforms is a reality.
