This trend is driven by several factors, and some viable solutions can be implemented to tackle this. There are two compelling reasons as to the swelling number of doctors yearning to secure a job in urban areas. First, they may save a large amount of time and money for their commuting by virtue of the availability of public transport. Second, urban hospitals have state-of-the-art facilities, which renders their job less challenging, and is capable of vouching for the efficiency of treatment. It may attract people to go there for medical checks, or treatment, hence doctors being paid more. In order to address this issue, the government should administer the following measures. first and foremost, it is crucial that the road system in the countryside should be improved, which may make doctor less afraid of commuting to their workplaces. Another feasible solution is that government should allot funds to their financial support and health insurance as incentives to work in remote areas. In conclusion, that doctors want to land a job in cities in preference to rural areas may stem from various underlying factors, and the proposed solution can be executed to balance the trend.
