Please check my MOTIVATION LETTER FOR univs in Sweden!!!???

Question

this is my first attempt at writing a motivation letter so please help me & check my letter. i would be very grateful if u could show the things that need correction. its a bit urgent.so help!!

MOTIVATION LETTER

I am Venkataraman. N, 23 years of age, an Indian. I am applying for the Master’s Program in Nuclear Engineering and Automotive Engineering in Sweden. I am a final year student in Sri Sairam Engineering College (Anna University), Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India of Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.

In my university studies I learnt the fundamentals of technical engineering and the experience and knowledge that came with it. At the end of my second year, I found my interests in Automobile systems and Energy needs. I will finish my bachelor study by May 2009 and I am now working on a team project, to develop an ALL TERRAIN VEHICLE for a competition named SAE BAJA 2009 in which I am a vehicle technician as well as heading the design team. It was knowledge galore in this project which I gained from it immensely.

I always wanted to go and study abroad. Despite acquiring a good command over my English language I have always strived to improve my vocabulary, writing and communicating skills. Studying in a foreign country would help me a lot in this process and I will not have difficulties in studying any subjects taught in English. At the same time, I could discover a new culture; meet people with a different perspectives. Of course it would give me the opportunity to re-discover myself and jump a level higher. Personally, I am a person with a high perseverance level, someone who is motivated and ambitious. My teacher and supervisor know me as a courteous and resourceful student and my classmates know me as a light-hearted friend and an enthusiastic coworker. The very reason I always wanted to study abroad was to explore the technology and the quality of education which countries like USA, UK, Sweden, Germany, Denmark, Norway, and Finland etc. have an edge over my country. Sweden is not only famous of its technology in Science, but also the education system.

I always thought higher education in Sweden would enhance my knowledge and hone my co-curricular and extra-curricular skills. I always had a keen interest in nuclear science since my high school and I believe Sweden would be the best place to achieve my career objectives. The alarming need for nuclear and other renewable sources of energy in my country as well as other countries in the world has become a catalyst for my interests in nuclear physics. With its Advanced Courses and Real Time Projects, I believe this course would give me ample opportunity to fulfill my aspirations. After completing my masters program I wish to have the opportunity to take a PhD programme in Sweden in the future.

A term spent abroad, the established relationships, and the gained experience would enrich my personality which could give me an edge over other people in my quest to achieve excellence.

Hello aceshark,

Motivation letters are not my strong point, but I will try. This program combined automtoive and nuclear? That's such and odd combination! I think you spend too much time on talking about why you want to study abroad. Talk more about this particular program and less about why you want to be abroad.

I will also be able to learn about a new culture and meet people with a different perspectives. I think this would give me the opportunity to re-discover myself and jump a level higher - I think I know what you mean here, but you need to find another way to say it What about studying abroad will do this?

I am eager to in Sweden because it is not only famous of its technology, but also the education system. Leave out the parts about seeing how they have an edge over your country, and don't mention the other countries - you want to study here, so stick to Sweden. I always thought higher education in Sweden would enhance my knowledge and hone my co-curricular and extra-curricular skills.

The excellence of this program, time abroad, establishing relationships with others from around the world, and the practica experience I would gain would enrich me tremendously and help me in my quest to achieve excellence.

can i know one thing????i am from west bengal....i want to go to sairam for achieving my higher studies....but i herad many difficulties in tamil nadu regarding the language...can i please know,that what is the medium of instruction in sairam engineering college??please help me in this regards....

Dear Sir or Madam:

With this letter, I would like to express my interest in applying for a Master of Science in Finance starting in autumn 2019. I strongly believe that my educational background, working experience, personal skills and my motivation make me a very good candidate for this program.

I had completed Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration major in Finance and Banking from International Islamic University, Chittagong. During my degree, I was very active in many facets of university life. I completed internship in a Bank. This gave me an outlet to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting and also sparked my interest in Finance and Banking.

I also completed Bachelor of Laws from National University Gazipur, Bangladesh.In evening hours I do a part time job as an apprentice lawyer with a Senior Advocate of Chittagong Judge Court.

With my current experience as a Senior Executive. I have spent the past 7 years working for a private company in Commercial department. . As part of my role I responsible for managing all commercial activities (e.g. issuance of PI, L/C open, amendment/correction, shipment, negotiation with buyers and sellers, payment realization, customs release etc.). Additionally, my role is also prepare invoices and statement of account .

I can contribute with eagerness to learn, active participation and intensive focus. I have an unlimited passion for learning. The desire to learn skills that are useful to others drives me and motivates me. I always participate actively in class, and will surely share my opinions. I can also focus intensively on one task for a long time period. My attention span is extremely long. That is an asset both to me and those I work with.

My I wish to expand my knowledge of Business Administration and I have decided to apply for this program because in my MBA program in my home country I have completed 36 credit hours only but You r provided 120 credit hours and provide me with a broad solid basis in Corporate Finance and Investment Theory. Furthermore, prestigious representatives of the business community give seminars and classes, and several courses are held in the Finance Laboratory, which provides a unique opportunity for me to perform financial research using state-of-the-art technology. I am sure it would strongly enrich my future and help me in my prospective career. Moreover I consider this program as a great opportunity to get in touch with British culture and educational system. Last but not least, I am very curious about different approaches to the geography at the foreign university.
