Dear Sir or Madam:

My current education in Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics motivate me to apply for the Master degree course in micro- and nano electronics at the Germany university. Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics one of the best IT- university of Ukraine. I will complete my bachelor degree in micro and nano electronics by July, 2018. Afterwards for winter semester 2018/2019 I would like to continue my academic career in Germany by studyng master of science.

During my prior studies I have found out, that I would like to specialize in field of micro and nano electronics. This field of science is the key and enabling technology for innovation in all areas of life. The applications area and nowel development of electronic systems requare new challenges of micro and nanoelectronic. I am of the opinion that industry of micro and nano electronics offering exellent career opportunity for me and graduites in this field of science.

Furthermore my personal skills motivate me to apply for studying at the university in Germany. Firstly, I am both hard-working and organized. My field of studies focuses on engineering. In my home university I have good marks. I take the case responsibly and I’m a fast learner.

Secondly, I have a proven ability in the subject of solid-state electronics. I had a hands-on experience in calculation of optical transistor parameters and working with electronical circuits. I had industrial practice at the Scientific Research Technology Institute of Instrumentation and learned about lithography processes. Also I can work with different programs like AutoCAD, MathCAD, OrCAD, Multisim and acquainted with the programming languages superficially. Already I had two project works with developer and creating electrical circuits and making printed circuit board. To implementation of this project works, I have used a program software like OrCAD.

I’m currently studying English at Yellow English Submarine and plan to prepare for pass tests. I want to improve my knowledge and combine theory with a target application.

I believe that my knowledge and desire to study would offer me a wider horizon in Germany.

I am very delighted to find the opportunity to graduate my master degree in Germany. Further education in Germany would strongly enrich my future and help me in my prospective career. Moreover I consider this programme as a great chance to get in touch with german culture and educational system.
