Sir/Madam,

I would like to state that last week i.e 23^rd of July, I travelled in one of your company’s buses and I am writing this complaint to express my dissatisfaction and claim reimbursement for the damaged caused to my luggage.

The journey was from Priston City to Sun City. Before the bus start, I submit my suitcase to a staff to keep in a luggage compartment. And on reaching a destination, I was shock to see that the cover of my suitcase was severely broken and also two wheels were damaged due to carelessness of your employee. It is disheartening to see such a reputed company like yours delivers such bad services.

To recover from the loss, I claim 150 dollars reimbursement for the damaged as that is half the price of my suitcase. I have attached a purchasing receipt for the suitcase, a photocopy of the damaged suitcase and a ticket of the bus for your perusal.

I hope that you would consider my grievance and consider upon it.
