I don’t know exactly means of your sentence, but if your objective was “Heart Rate Monitoring”; after you have traveled from Iran, I started to train base on your poalarpersonaltrainer from level 10 and after ten month, this month reach to final level, that means level 20 and my heart rate has changed and in morning before breakfast my heart rate close to 45. A lot thanks for your power full program and please tell me after that what should I do? And how should do train?
