Please check my letter

Would you correct my english letter?

I am a korean student and I graduated from the Rothberg International School at the Hebrew University for the M.A program and my major was biblical study ( Bible and it's world). Currently I am studying at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem for the complementary course of Ph.D in the department of the Old Testament. I am considering to apply the M.A program of your school. I have a technical question on Toefl test, since I studied the M.A program in English, do I need to submit the Toelf score? My toefl score was expired a few years ago, so I would like to know your requirement in this case.
