Please check my letter
To XYZ,
I have booked Tata ACE HT EII, at your showroom, dated 3/04/09. I have applied for the loan, which has been approved but they need a grantor, which I am unable to arrange. Hence I would like to cancel the booking and request you to refund my down payment of Rs. 10,000.
I am enclosing the payment slip herewith, serial no: 21258. I am sure that you would precede my request at earliest
