PLEASE Check my internship reference <<URGENT>>
Somebody here with knowledge of english HR codes? You could do me a very very big favor if you can check this for any possible improvements, it should be 100%.
I'll post only the personal reference, its long enough.. sorry for that...
Due to his good cross-cultural understanding Mr. Schweizer displayed a high ability to adapt to circumstances and adjusted very well to the requirements during his internship in this very different cultural environment. He was dependable in carrying out assignments and showed willingness to help to anybody in the Logistics Group whenever it seemed necessary. In fulfillment of his daily tasks he also worked closely together with our Business Administration & Finance, Information Technology, Sales Operation and Quality departments. This allowed him to obtain a thorough insight into our company beyond the Logistics department. Thus, his work contributed much to the workings of our company.
While in our organization, Mr. Schweizer’s performance was to our fullest satisfaction. He was highly motivated and demonstrated a good degree of competence in our field. With his flexibility and positive attitude, he managed to fulfill his tasks very professionally and goal-oriented. Mr. Schweizer was a good team player and his attitude towards superiors, colleagues, clients and subcontractors was always respectful and cordial.
We deeply regret the departure of Mr. Schweizer and would sincerely like to thank him for his contribution. For all of the reasons described above, I do highly recommend him to any organization. If further information is necessary I will be glad to comply.
