However, the proportion for children (23%) was higher than that for adults (5%) with regards to electronic equipment . The percentage for both genders varied on this category, with a 13% difference between adult males and females compared to a 9% between boys and girls.
On the other hand, musical items account for 5% of adults expenditure, with no difference between the percentage for females and males, whereas 39% of children spending comes from this category. In addition, children spent 12% of their money on videos, while this type of good only accounts for only 1% of adults spending.
