Topic: The chart shows requests for information at a tourist office in the United Kingdom from January to June.
The line graph compares requests for information in three different ways at a British tourist office in 5 months, from January to June.
Overall, there was a sharp increase in the number of requests made in person and by telephone, yet an opposing trend for those made by letter/email. In addition, face-to-face requests, which were the lowest in January, had overtaken calls and hit the top spot at the end of the period.
Regarding the requests by phone, with the highest data of about 900 in January, it showed a slight decrease to 800 in the next month, then significantly increased and reached 1600 in June. Starting at around 400 in January, the number of requests made in person increased significantly, reaching 1000 between March and April, which was equivalent to phone calls at the time. Then, from April to June, face-to-face requests surpassed the calling ones, with roughly 1900 in the last month.
Finally, the requests by letter/email were nearly 800 at the beginning of the period before decreasing gradually to about 700 in the next two months. After that, it dropped sharply to nearly 400 in May and remained unchanged in the following month.
