Please Check my grammer and sentece construction

I believe that Felix made the decision for the betterment of the Division. Felix arrived in a situation that needed fixing. The employees had a bad attitude towards management and it would have taken a miracle for Felix to change it. If Felix had allowed Martin to return to the Division, it would have been detrimental to his progress. Martin would have had the same old attitude and may just be a negative facture to the new employees that Flex was hiring. Martin was indecisive as to what he wanted to do with his life; therefore, Flex would have placed himself in an “unknown” position with Martin. Felix needs employees who are dedicated and consistent.
