Please be informed is old-fashioned, ugly and unnecessary English. Just say eg We don’t have any RED CARDS ( 0 ) or COMPLAINTS ( 0 ) today here at (name of school). Why do you need all the capitals?

Just say eg We don’t have any RED CARDS (0) or COMPLAINTS (0) today here at (name of school).

Why do you need all the capitals? I'd just use lower-case letters.
