If you want to participate Le Fruit Triathlon in Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province, Vietnam, you must know the racing course. First, participants swim for 500 meters along the coast. After finishing swimming race, the competitors run through the beach as fast as possible to bicycle parking. Next, they bike around 15.3 kilometers on the road and 4.7 kilometers on challenging off-road through the wild forest to the checkpoint. The participants must follow the direction flags in order not to be lost. Then, they bike along the road to get back to the beach. Finally, participants run for 700 meters in the beach alongside spectators and supporters who will be able to cheer along the path. It’s important to run very fast.
