Write a paragraph (150 word) : Should people in sports get paid extremely large amounts of money ?

Many people believe that people in sports deserve their high salaries since they bring glory for their country, but I don’t agree with this for several reason. First, it destroys the true meaning of sports. Players competing for money rather than for the love of the sport will take the the soul and magic out of sports. Second, athletes tend to be more cheating in competition. When they get paid a lot of money, they become greedier, so they use money with bad purpose. For example, athletes use illegal stimulant, like doping to enhance their performance and reach higher achievement in competition. At last, it’s unfair for some people in sports. Some players get paid more than others and it’s not fair to other players in sports. According to a report in 2018, male players are paid three times higher than female players. As we can see, people in sports should not be paid extremely large amounts of money.
