Please check my grammar T_T;

Hello.
This is my outline for a research paper.
I tried to write with my best, but I am not sure that my grammar is correct.
Could you please correct the grammar for me?

How to deal with foodborne and food allergy

Thesis statement: The illnessess by food is divided into two big categories, which are foodborne and food allergy.

I. Foofborne
a. The bacteria which causes food poisoning
i. Camphylobacter
ii. Salmonella
iii. Shigella
b. The meal outside the house is dangerous
i. HACPP plan
ii. No hand wash
iii. Increase in consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables
c. To protect us against the foodborne
i. Renewal of the HACCP plan
ii. Waster disposal at out houses
iii. Avoid the food and the drink which aren't sterilized at a low temperature
II. Food allergy
a. Foods including allergen
b. Anaphylaxis
i. Dyspnea
ii. Shock
c. To reduce the allergic reactions
i. Self management
ii. See a doctor
iii. To relieve the symptoms with foods and drinks
III. Conclusion
a. Try to avoid eating food and drinking liquids which are polluted by the harmful substances.
b. We cam protect ourselves from the food allergies by self management.

kyorochan ii. Waster (do you mean waste or water?) disposal at out houses (I don't think you mean "out house", this is a primitive toilet with no running water. Before modern sanitation and indoor plumbing, there was a small shed used as toilet outside the house. This is called an "outhouse" )
